Greetings everyone,

It's been quite a while since my last update, and lots has been going on. Since becoming part of the Edward Paul Trio, we've been playing at Grazie in Bothell quite regularly. It's gone so well that they've booked us once a month for all of 2012! We'll be there the 2nd Saturday of every month next year, so check out my schedule page for all the information. As soon as it's up, I'll post a link to the new website for the Trio.

More exciting news....Some of you are aware that I was diagnosed several years ago with needing to have both of my hips replaced. It was recommended that I wait as long as I could to have this done in order to get the most out of such a major surgery. Well, that time has finally come. All the cartilage in my hips is now gone, and not only am I down to bone on bone, but they're starting to fuse.  So, after dealing with my mobility getting progressively worse, as well as increasing pain due to what's occured, I am going to have a full, double hip replacement on Dec. 27th.
I will be out of commission for about 6 to 8 weeks, but expect to be back in full swing soon after, and returning to all the projects I have going on.

In the meantime, I'd like to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving and holiday season. I have so much to be thankful for, especially all my family and friends.
